The Stanlow-based engineering firm is launching a new apprenticeship scheme aimed at young people in Ellesmere Port, with roles starting in 2027.
Mersey Engineering Solutions has announced the launch of a new apprenticeship programme designed to develop the next generation of engineering talent in Ellesmere Port. The scheme, based at the company's Stanlow Works site, will offer paid training and qualifications across mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines. Managing Director Sarah Williams said: 'We are committed to investing in local talent and giving young people in Ellesmere Port a route into a rewarding engineering career.' The programme is expected to create up to eight apprenticeship places in its first year, with applications opening later this autumn.
